Northwind's operators lived inside a dense reporting tool that had grown feature-heavy over six years. I led a rework of the information hierarchy, replacing chart-first pages with a scannable summary layer that surfaces anomalies before detail.
The project shipped alongside a lightweight design system so future modules could be built by engineering without design review. Daily active use rose meaningfully in the first quarter after launch.
